A Sommelier with The ONE Group is responsible for overseeing the wine and spirits list selections, inventory, and sales. They are also responsible for increasing wine sales by selling to guests and educating staff on wine and selling techniques.
· Minimum 3 years professional experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants
· The ability to quickly integrate into a team
· Strong influence, interpersonal and communication skills
· A proven ability to educate, mentor, and lead a service team
· Experience managing inventory and beverage costs
· Sommelier certified desired but not required
