A Sous Chef with The ONE Group supports the Executive Chef. S/he is second in command, being responsible for carrying out the Executive Chef’s requests and orders, on all day to day operations of the restaurant, production, staff, and brand quality.
· A minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience in big city, well known restaurants
· A strong sense of organization and the ability to expedite a busy line
· A complete understanding of all health and safety regulations
· The ability to uphold standards for core menu items, seasonal changes, daily specials, and on and off-site menus
